TH120-E Clean Industrial Wall-Mounted Temperature and Humidity Transmitter

The clean rooms and laboratories in the biopharmaceutical industry need to strictly control the ambient temperature and humidity, and require the structure of the on-site installation instrument to prevent dust and ash. TH120-E adopts the wall-mounted installation structure of dust and ash prevention, and the signal cable is connected through the external terminal to facilitate equipment maintenance. It is suitable for the temperature and humidity monitoring of the biopharmaceutical EMS system. For the O3 or VHP sterile environment, the temperature and humidity probe can be equipped with H202 environment-specific filter PF04. The microholes of the filter are filled with MnO2 composite catalyst with the particle diameter of about 10um; When in touch with the filter, VHP or O3 will be decomposed into H2O and O2 to achieve the purpose of protecting the probe and humidity-sensitive element.

    In order to facilitate field equipment maintenance, the TH120 is also equipped with interchangeable digital probes and digital reference probes for analog output channel accuracy verification. There are two reference probes, one of which has a fixed output of 90%RH/5℃, and the other has a fixed output of 10%RH/45℃. In addition, the probe, extension probe rod and signal cable can also be equipped with thread combination structure, which is convenient for regular maintenance and calibration of the probe.
