TH112 Wind Power Industry-Specific Temperature and Humidity Transmitter

The wind turbine sets work in the outdoors, and the equipment operation environment is very harsh. There is often dust, high humidity condensation, salt fog (offshore wind power) and other conditions. The devices running in such an environment for a long time will be corroded, and in serious cases, the devices will be damaged and failed. The biggest equipment operation risk is that the temperature difference between day and night causes condensation inside the electrical cabinet and equipment, resulting in short circuit and accident risk of electrical equipment or cable, so it is necessary to monitor and control the temperature and humidity environment in the electrical cabinet. The TH112 temperature and humidity transmitter is specifically designed for the reliable and stable operation of wind turbine sets.

The sensitive elements of TH112 adopt high molecular film humidity-sensitive capacitor and PT1000 temperature-sensitive resistor, which use special breathable coating and circuit injection packaging process, to ensure that the probe can withstand dust pollution, high humidity condensation, salt fog and other harsh working environment, while having good long-term stability and precision.

      TH112 uses split probe type installation structure with the cable up to 3m, and the field display function is optional. The transmitter body adapts to the spring rail buckle, which meets the EN50022 rail installation specification and can be installed on the rail with standard width of 35mm, so it is convenient for field installation and later maintenance.
