TH110 Temperature and Humidity Transmitter for Industrial HVAC

The environment of industrial HVAC system is relatively harsh, and the fresh air pipe often has dust and high humidity condensation, which puts forward higher requirements for the reliable measurement of temperature and humidity sensors. The TH110 temperature and humidity transmitter is applied to the measurement of temperature and humidity parameters under such harsh conditions.

The sensitive elements of TH110 adopt high molecular film humidity-sensitive capacitor and PT1000 temperature-sensitive resistor, which use special breathable coating and circuit injection packaging process, to ensure that the probe can withstand dust pollution and high humidity condensation environment, while having good long-term stability and precision.

       In some specific environments, the TH110 can be equipped with appropriate filters to achieve stable measurement results. For example, in the O3 or VHP sterile environment, the dedicated filter PF04 can be selected for VHP environment. The micropores of the filter are filled with MnO2 composite catalyst with the particle diameter of about 10um; When in touch with the filter, VHP or O3 will be decomposed into H2O and O2 to protect the probe and humidity-sensitive element while ensuring measurement precision.
